From recruitment support to onboarding and employee records, youll get a broad range of experience while working closely with experienced HR professionals.Responsibilities: Supporting the recruitment process: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidatesAssisting with employee onboarding and offboardingMaintaining and updating employee records and HR systemsHelping coordinate training and development activitiesAssisting with payroll and benefits administrationResponding to general HR queries from employees and managersSupporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesWhat We're Looking For: 612 months experience in a HR or administrative role (internships welcome)A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HRExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working with MS Office and HR systemsCIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it (preferred but not essential)What Youll Get: £24,000 - £28,000 salary depending on experienceFull support for professional development (including CIPD training)Clear career progression within the HR teamFriendly, inclusive team cultureCentral Birmingham office with great transport linksRegular social events and wellbeing supportTPBN1_UKTJ
