Role Overview
The role will lead asset management, compliance and planned works across a varied housing stock.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and deliver asset strategy across the portfolio.
* Lead the compliance and building safety team ensuring all relevant legislation is met.
* Work as part of the wider senior assets team.
* Oversee contractors on delivery of planned works programmes.
* Understand contract law.
* Develop specifications of works.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have an HNC or BSc in building surveying and experience working within the housing sector.
