Position Overview
The Warehouse & Storage Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of CHHAYA GROUP LIMITED products. The role ensures optimal inventory accuracy, staff productivity, space utilisation, and compliance with health and safety standards across the storage facility.
This is a key leadership position requiring a hands-on manager who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational control in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and coordinate warehouse operations, including goods inward, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity, quality, and service targets.
Implement and monitor inventory control systems (WMS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock reconciliation.
