Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
* Mentor and support staff within your team, promoting high standards of practice in line with EYFS guidelines.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to individual childrens needs.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and record childrens progress to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
* Proven experience in a childcare or nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting childrens growth and learning.
