The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring learning continues effectively during teacher absences. Your daily duties will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons in a range of subjects Managing classroom behaviour following school policies Creating a calm, focused, and inclusive learning environment Providing additional support to students with SEN or other learning needs Building strong, positive relationships with students and staff This role is varied, rewarding, and an excellent stepping stone into the education sector.
