Job Description
Anderson Knight is recruiting a skilled Administrator to join our client based in South Lanarkshire.
You will report to the Service Commercial Manager and play a key role in ensuring service visits are verified and closed within 24 hours, accurately preparing costings for completed work, and submitting invoices promptly in the required formats and timescales.
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: 40 hour working work with flexible start and finish times.
\t\t\t Hybrid working is available after completion of training and probationary period.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•\tReview, close and verify all service visits and update status on the internal system.
•\tAccurately cost and submit completed jobs for invoicing in the required format.
•\tReview and resolve all invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
•\tEnsure all jobs are completed and submitted on relevant client web portals.
•\tProcess and verify engineers’ weekly timesheets prior to payroll submission.
•\tHandle telephone and email queries from clients and internal teams.
•\tContribute to the ISO Business Management system.
Key Attributes and Skills:
•\tPrevious experience in invoicing (preferred).
•\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.
•\tConfidence in making independent decisions.
•\tExcellent problem-solving abilities.
•\tAbility to manage your workload effectively and work on your own initiative.
•\tStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
