Youth Football Coach – Under 12s (Part-Time, Weekends Only)
Turnstyles Football Academy
is looking for passionate, driven, and inspiring football coaches to join our team for the upcoming season, working with our Under 12s squad.
Based in Enfield
, we are proud to have partnered in previous seasons with world-renowned clubs including Juventus and Real Betis, giving our players a unique pathway and professional-level development environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who wants to make a real impact at grassroots level while being part of a forward-thinking academy with big ambitions.
What You'll Do
Lead high-energy, structured training sessions for our U12s squad on weekends.
Develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and love for the game.
Motivate, mentor, and inspire young players to grow both on and off the pitch.
Help deliver a playing style that reflects the academy's vision of creative, intelligent football.
Support matchday coaching and player development analysis.
What We're Looking For
A passionate coach with experience working with youth players (ideally U9–U13 age groups).
FA coaching qualifications (minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football, Level 2 preferred).
Great communication and leadership skills with a positive, inspiring approach.
Someone reliable, energetic, and committed to weekend coaching (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
A genuine love for the game and desire to help young players progress.
