The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
* Carrying out servicing and maintenance work
* Completing vehicle health checks
* Performing routine and complex repairs
* Ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
* Maintaining high levels of workshop productivity and quality
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership
Technician Levels Available
* Prep Technician – up to £35,000
* Service & Maintenance Technician – up to £36,200
* Service & Diagnostic Technician – up to £38,600
* Senior Technician – up to £41,000
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
* Own tools
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
