Job Description
3. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
6. Prepare and maintain detailed records of transactions and payments.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
8. Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment matters.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
10. Support process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AR Clerk should have:
11. Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
