They are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to join their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to take a seat at the table and play a pivotal role in driving growth, customer strategy, and innovative commercial opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
* Shape B2B & B2C customer strategies aligned to the company’s mission.
* Drive marketing and brand growth, attracting new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and demonstrate how to build lifetime client value.
* Identify and execute new commercial opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion.
* Lead and inspire a passionate customer services team.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Board to monitor performance and set ambitious goals.
