In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and resolving billing inquiries, ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support. What You'll Be Doing: Responding to billing-related queries from customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently and accurately Processing billing adjustments, credits, and refunds where appropriate Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer billing records Working cross-functionally with other departments to resolve more complex billing issues Creating and analysing billing reports to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for process improvement Supporting the development and refinement of billing policies and procedures Delivering professional, courteous, and solution-focused service to ensure a positive customer experience Contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives across billing operations
