We are searching for an experienced sales professional with a business development background to join a leading provider of engineering innovations and power tools experiencing rapid growth.

As a Business Development Executive, your main goal will be to drive growth by securing new customers and exploring new opportunities within your designated market sectors. The key focus areas include the Assembly Solutions Market, Material Removal, and Service space, targeting sectors such as Motor Vehicle, Off Road, Aerospace, and Integrators.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an annual Business Development plan for your targeted market sectors
* Contribute to and execute prospecting strategies for key accounts
* Use tele-sales and digital activities to engage new customers
* Follow up on quotations with existing accounts to increase wallet share
* Build relationships with prospects and arrange face-to-face meetings for the Business Development Team
* Identify customer needs and align the company's value proposition accordingly
* Target and develop potential new customers strategically
* Collaborate with the wider Sales Team to promote profitable partnerships
* Coordinate with the Marketing team to share insights and improve marketing materials
* Analyze results and produce quarterly reviews to guide corrective actions and share insights
Skills & Experience
* Business Development experience in B2B within an Industrial Sector focusing on End Users
* Experience in Solutions Sales and Product Sales
* Proficiency with CRM, Consulting, and Selling Skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to understand production and engineering issues
* Proven problem-solving skills in industrial markets
* Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
* Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
