Overview
Meet our client: a sociable 40-year-old lady who is quadriplegic from a C1 spinal injury and fully ventilator-dependent. She lives with her loving parents who currently provide 24-hour care. Your role will be to provide gentle, respectful support with personal care, respiratory management, suctioning, medication, mobility, pressure relief, and monitoring throughout the day. She enjoys staying connected online and going out with her family, and maintaining her independence and close relationships is important to her. Localised training is available within Hereford.
Please note: Our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. This client has requested female staff to join their care team.

What You'll Need
* At least 3 months experience in care
* Confidence in supporting medication, personal care, and safe moving & handling
* Willingness to learn or gain experience in respiratory care and suctioning (training available)
* Clear and compassionate communication skills
* Patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to support someone with complex needs
