What you'll be doing As operational demands continue to grow across our distribution network, the Inbound & Bulk Store Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of inbound goods, efficient use of materials handling equipment, and the smooth integration of stock into our wider supply chain. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence, supporting service levels, and enabling the business to scale while meeting the evolving needs of our publishers and customers. Operating at the heart of our distribution centre, this position provides strategic and hands-on leadership across inbound operations, with a focus on the timely and accurate receipt, put-away, and storage of inventory. With direct responsibility for Inbound processes and all the bulk storage and internal truck tramming activities, the successful candidate will ensure that the site and team members remain safe, agile, compliant, and optimised for continuous flow. The role also has the responsibility for all sites waste management activities and partner relations. This includes managing people, processes, systems, and equipment in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where precision, speed, and safety are critical.
