If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant seeking a fast-track route into a permanent role—without the long wait of traditional hiring—this is your chance to hit the ground running! Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive diary management, including the coordination of complex schedules and prioritisation of appointments Oversee email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation where necessary Arrange and manage international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation Prepare and process expenses Deliver high-level administrative support to designated executives and teams, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all time Details and benefits: Fully office based, in London's West End and Mayfair (sometimes with hybrid working potential) Potential hourly rate of up to £30 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on level of experience) Free breakfasts and lunches included with many of our clients Experience working in private equity, boutique finance and fast-paced environments is highly desired.
