This role involves working at a prestigious event space/building for a renowned property management company, ensuring the smooth operation of a high-profile estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services and experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.
