Role: Tour Guide
Client: Premier League Club
Location: Fulham area, must be local to the grounds
Work Type: Saturday shift work
Come work at a Premier League Club in West London where you will be hosting tours around the stadium! This is for Saturday shift work to start with, you maybe asked to do more shifts in the busier periods typically in the Summer.
Essential skills:
Excellent guest service values and delivery
Excellent communication skills
Able to work weekends.
Confident public speaker
Foreign languages spoken would be advantageous.
Good understanding of the history/current events surrounding Chelsea FC
Understanding of the leisure and tourism industry
IT skilled (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
Good understanding of basic Health and Safety
