Responsibilities
* Coaching, mentoring and supporting apprentices 1‑to‑1 across the West Midlands
* Helping learners build confidence, skills and knowledge throughout their apprenticeship
* Managing your own caseload and planning your weekly schedule
* Setting development goals, reviewing progress and guiding learners toward achievement
Qualifications
* Mechanical Engineer or Multi‑Skilled Engineer with strong mechanical bias
* Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, robotics, PLCs or plant environments
* Level 3 qualification in Engineering
* Passion for helping, mentoring and coaching developing engineers
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the West Midlands
