We're hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Maxton, NC location. If you're a hands-on leader with maintenance experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Do:
* Equipment
o Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
o Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
o Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
* Facility
o Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
o Demonstrates exceptional ability to operate cutting torch or welding equipment safely and effectively in most situations, including those that involve high risk or complications.
* Electrical
o Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment when properly certified.
o Reviews production, food safety and quality records, and maintenance reports to perform maintenance activities.
What You Bring:
* High school diploma or GED preferred. If neither, must pass Basic Skills Test
* Minimum 5 years maintenance experience required
* Minimum 3 years electrical experience and 2 years welding experience preferred.
