This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote work and work from our Corby or London office.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance function. This role will bring critical commercial finance skills to the P&SC function, providing insight and strategic support on performance across the portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives to drive value for the Group. This insight will span from investment proposal through to delivery, working closely with project teams, Finance Business Partners, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and oversee financial modelling, reporting, and analysis across the Strategic Project portfolio of P&SC.
2. Drive financial modelling and decision-making on projects through Investment Proposals and Delivery, including benefits/cost cases and ROI analysis.
3. Collaborate with regional teams in EMEA, Americas, and APAC to build strategic project cases.
4. Develop knowledge of best practices across Global Product, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Pricing domains.
5. Prepare materials on the financial performance of Strategic projects for P&SC, Finance, ExCo, Board, and other sessions.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organization.
* Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercial mindset focused on driving profitable growth.
* Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent).
