About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Change & Adoption Lead to drive the successful introduction of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation. You will lead the change strategy, manage pilots and phased rollouts, and develop engaging communications to ensure high adoption and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the organisational change strategy for Microsoft Copilot adoption.
* Define and execute the adoption plan, including pilot programs and phased rollouts.
* Design and deliver training programmes, learning paths, and enablement resources for different user groups.
* Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve materials.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
Key Skills & Experience
* Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
* Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes and learning content.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills for driving digital adoption initiatives.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
Mandatory Skills
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 CC Admin.
Performance Metrics
* Process: Compliance with process standards, SLAs, customer feedback.
* Capability Development: Completion of triages, technical performance.
