Conservation Architect – Bermondsey, London
£36,000–£48,000 • Hybrid (2 days WFH) • Heritage & Listed Buildings
Join a specialist heritage-led practice working on award-winning conservation, adaptive reuse and culturally significant projects across the UK and abroad. Ideal for an Architect with a genuine passion for historic buildings and high-quality design.
Your Role
* Lead and deliver conservation-focused projects
* Work closely with consultants, heritage specialists and clients
* Oversee technical design, detailing and compliance
* Mentor junior team members
* Support bids, proposals and presentations
What You’ll Need
* ARB Architect with 2+ years’ post-Part 3 UK experience
* Strong conservation experience (RIBA 3–5 ideal)
* Confident producing design, reports and presentations
* Good understanding of UK Building & Planning regs
* AutoCAD + Revit/NBS experience desirable
* Conservation accreditation (or working towards it) welcomed
