1. Key Duties
2. Minor repair works building fabric, such as door handles, lights, etc
3. Small painting works to internal and external areas
4. Ad-hoc weeding of landscaped and car park areas, to include putting down weed killer
5. Repairing minor potholes/damage to car park areas on an Ad-hoc basis
6. Assist studio management team with daily tasks linked to site and production
7. Carry out emergency lighting flick tests, Monthly hot and cold-water temperature recording, weekly flushing of infrequently used outlets<...
