KCR Solutions are exciting to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a dynamic and community-focused non-profit organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust systems, compliance, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced individual with the ability to lead a small team. Key responsibilities include: Produce monthly management accounts Prepare annual budgets Monitor departmental budgets and provide financial guidance Manage day-to-day finance processes Maintain and develop accounting software and purchase order systems Administer company credit card programme and oversee bank relationships Lead cash flow forecasting and supplier payments Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors Support funding applications and grant reporting Liaise with external payroll providers and oversee monthly payroll Support salary budgeting and staff cost analysis Coordinate with external auditors for year-end accounts Manage statutory filings (HMRC, Companies House, Charity Commission) Oversee VAT returns, Gift Aid claims, and tax reliefs This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Finance Manager or a candidate ready to step up to the next level. Excellent Excel is important, and knowledge of Xero is desirable.
