Job description
The Directors and Leadership Team of Exceed Learning Partnership are looking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor (Facilities Team) to manage the cleaning and presentation standards at Bentley High Street Primary School, Doncaster. The post holder will maintain high standards of cleanliness and create a positive, clean and safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
In this role you will be expected to:
* Adhere to Cleaning Protocols: Follow detailed cleaning procedures to ensure all areas meet rigorous hygiene and safety standards. Use correct cleaning agents and equipment.
* Work Collaboratively: Manage team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Communicate clearly and cooperate to meet cleaning schedules.
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures: Ensure the school is always cleaned and presented to the highest standards.
* Manage stock levels: Track cleaning material and equipment inventory, ordering as needed to avoid shortages.
* Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all.
* Provide and respond to feedback: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to improve cleaning processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
* Open and secure the building in the absence of the School Premises Manager.
The post holder will keep the cleaning operation running smoothly and ensure the school is a clean, welcoming and healthy place for everyone.
