Overview

Responsibilities

* Understand the overall process of the delivery day and ensure an effective replenishment is done throughout the day.
* Recognise the importance of the new products, be able to display new lines according to visual guidelines.
* Understand the collections, different sections in the store and able to adapt collections when products are sold out.
* Identify what is in the window, stock levels, allocation and alternative products available.
* Read commercial reports and understand them in order to take actions accordingly.
* Understand the commercial impact within my role.
* Understand the importance of undertaking money mapping.
* Provide feedback to management about products and new lines.
* Understand different customer profiles and react with guidelines.
* Be able to provide feedback to management about lifecycle of products, replenishment issues and allocation.
* Be able to identify products needs in-store and liaise with buying team to find solutions.
* Stay up to date on trends and competitors.
* Train the sales team on product knowledge.
* Take photos of walls and collections meeting the required standards.
* Use organisational skills and time management to prioritise and organise duties so they are completed effectively and efficiently, and able to complete tasks under pressure.


Key Competencies

* Proven minimum 3 years experience in Visual Merchandising, or preferably in similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of KPIs and the ability to analyze and act on them to optimize performance.
* Proficiency in Excel and Word for managing daily operations.
* Experience in stockroom management and inventory maintenance.
* A friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality with the ability to connect authentically with customers.
* Full-time availability (please note that part-time applicants will not be considered).
