Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new temporary role, a large logistics business in Dewsbury are looking for a Credit Controller to help in the short term, if you are immediately available and have experience in credit control please apply!
Reporting into the Credit Manager, key duties of the Credit Controller will include:
1. Day to day management of the assigned ledger
2. Understanding how KPIs are set and how best to achieve them
3. Reduce the aged debt and keep the ledger healthy,
4. Building relationships with clients to ensure the collection policy is adhered to and escalate any problems.
5. Maintaining detailed and accurate notes regarding debtors on the firm's internal system and ensuring the team leader is equipped with the relevant data on the Credit Controller's assigned ledger
6. Have a good understanding of the client and the nature of their business
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:
Previous experience of working in credit control
Strong excel skills
Confident communicator
Immediately available
In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:
£24,000 - £25,000 salary
Weekly pay
