We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who will take responsibility for leading and developing an established team who deliver amazing service in our ever-expanding network of new Donation Centres.
As part of the retail team, and in line with SATCoL’s growth plans, we are looking for someone to implement and manage the operational and growth strategy of this area of our retail division and, through our fantastic Development support team, to drive the opening programme of Donation Centres.
You will be a values led leader, who will support and coach the team to be the best version of themselves by implementing a training and development strategy to support the business plan, ensuring the development team has the necessary up-to-date skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop.
You will manage profit and loss budgets and put actions into place to grow and improve company KPI`s and sales performance, whilst also visiting new locations to provide help and support where needed.
This role is home based and involves significant travel throughout the UK.
