Ensure the smooth running of Services Welfare Centres, maintaining high standards in operations, activities, and health & safety. Offer insight into morale by compiling monthly statistics and supporting the Chain of Command. Build strong relationships with welfare agencies and attend welfare meetings. Represent Services Welfare at formal functions, exhibitions, and events. Occasionally deliver induction presentations and attend training courses. Work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support.
