We are looking for a Team Leader Plants for a fast-paced, customer-focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable, and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude and keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate should be physically fit; heavy lifting will be involved. A forklift truck license is an advantage, although training will be provided.
Experience: Building or similar retail experience preferred. 2 years of plant knowledge a must; previous work within horticulture required.

Duties Will Include
* Maintain plant area.
* Supervising duties including key holder opening and closing store as required.
* Excellent customer service.
* Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
* Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
* Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
* Ensuring employees follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
* Business compliance in accordance with health and safety and food safety laws and regulations.
