A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join an independent estate agency in Hailsham and develop their career in Estate Agency: delivering strong sales results, winning instructions, and providing excellent service to buyers and sellers.

You will play a key role in driving property sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the continued success of the business across the East Sussex area.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Managing agreed sales through to completion
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Liaising with vendors and buyers to keep transactions on track
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing regular updates and feedback to all parties
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders
* Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Strong negotiation skills and proven sales ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
* High level of customer service skills
* Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions
* Knowledge of the local East Sussex property market preferred
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
