UK Sales Manager - Wellness Technology & Recovery Solutions
UK (field-based with travel)
£40k basic salary + car allowance and strong, uncapped OTE
Would you like to join a fast-growing innovator supplying state-of-the-art wellness, health, longevity and recovery equipment to health clubs, spas, hotels, corporates and elite sport across the UK? We’re seeking a commercially sharp UK Sales Manager to win new business and grow strategic accounts, delivering against revenue, margin and activity KPIs while representing a premium brand at industry events and client meetings.
Some of the key responsibilities of this brand new role:
1. Deliver annual revenue, margin and activity targets across the UK
2. Develop and execute territory sales plans; keep CRM, pipeline and forecasts accurate and current
3. Build and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors and strategic partners; identify and convert new opportunities
4. Negotiate and close high-value capital equipment contracts; provide timely market insight to leadership
5. Represent the brand at trade shows, product launches and client presentations; deliver staff product training
