About the Role: As a Wellbeing Counsellor, you will provide therapeutic support to clients experiencing emotional, psychological, and personal challenges. Your role will focus on helping individuals develop coping strategies, manage stress, and improve their overall mental wellbeing. Key responsibilities include: * Client Support: Provide one-to-one or group counselling sessions. * Assessment: Identify client needs and set therapeutic goals. * Therapeutic Intervention : Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and talking therapies. * Referrals : Signpost clients to specialist or community services when required. * Safeguarding : Protect vulnerable clients and escalate concerns appropriately. * Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
