We are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara, with over 20 years of experience in the region. We have depots in Hazelmere, Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, and Bunbury, offering a wide range of fleet solutions to our valued clients, including trucks, 4WDs, buses, coaches, and cranes.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to manage the selling and purchasing of our fleet and oversee various aspects of fleet management.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and suppliers, developing a solid sales pipeline for our high-demand, well-maintained fleet. You will also ensure the fleet is roadworthy, compliant, and properly managed.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, possess excellent social and organizational skills, and offer exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business. Basic to intermediate computer skills are required for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Meeting with commercial and individual buyers
* Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities
* Proactively pursuing and acquiring new business to increase fleet sales
* Meeting and exceeding business KPIs and sales targets
* Establishing sales objectives through forecasting and maintaining quarterly and annual sales quotas
* Providing feedback to management on customer proposals, sales data, forecasts, and profitability
* Overseeing fleet service schedules, maintenance, and warranty management
* Ensuring fleet compliance with all government regulations
* Collaborating with schedulers to ensure business efficiency
* Working with the sales team to maximize fleet utilization
* Maintaining dealer licenses and legal requirements
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing within the car, truck, bus, or crane industries
* Proven success in the full sales cycle from planning to closing deals
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong networks and relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Manual C Class Driver’s License
