Shift Coordinator Wanted!
The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive company based in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Shift Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and manage the direction of the shift to achieve production targets and customer requirements.
* Manage day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and following through to completion.
* Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain consistency with other Shift Coordinators.
* Input and analyse production, quality, and plant performance data
* Promote and respond to Health & Safety issues, near misses, and accidents.
* Provide cover for the Shift Controller during absence.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a management/supervisor position (automotive industry desirable).
* At least 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
* Ability to work in a leadership team and delegate staff.

* 14:00-22:00
* Monday-Friday

Pay Rate:
* £14.47 per hour
