We’re looking for a Project Assistant to come and join our Infrastructure Services team in Banbury. The team assists in delivering projects for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter, who has strong administrative and coordination skills. You will be involved in a variety of tasks from supporting with invoicing and running reports, to liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Banbury office within our hybrid working policy. We are also open to discussing part-time and flexible working requirements. Dealing with general enquiries from clients and internal teams. Preparing documents including letters, reports, and templates. Creating and running reports as required. Performing mail merges and document automation tasks. Conducting data analysis and cleansing to maintain database accuracy. Creating COIs (Conflicts of Interest). Providing general support for project work. The successful candidate will have Have excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Polite and professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills Strong problem-solving skills Managing own workload and prioritising tasks Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal Why Fisher German?
