About the Role
We’re looking for high-performing Recruitment Professionals who thrive on building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering exceptional executive talent. This is a client-facing, results-driven role for someone with the confidence and strategic mindset to engage with C-suite stakeholders, win new business, and shape senior leadership teams for a wide range of clients.
You’ll work closely with existing and prospective clients to understand their critical recruitment needs—then lead the charge in designing and executing high-impact executive search strategies that deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development with C-suite decision-makers
* Build and grow a strong pipeline of executive search mandates across multiple sectors
* Partner with clients to define role briefs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
* Conduct detailed talent mapping, market research, and competitor intelligence
* Lead end-to-end search projects from initial contact and proposal to shortlist, offer, and onboarding
* Deliver a consultative, value-added service that positions Novo as a long-term talent partner
* Contribute to company brand presence and thought leadership across relevant forums
Skills & Experience
* Strong track record in recruitment, talent management, executive search or headhunting.
* Proven success in business development and revenue generation
* Commercially astute with the ability to uncover client needs and craft tailored solutions
* Highly confident in building rapport and influencing senior stakeholders
* Organised, agile, and target-driven—with a passion for people and performance
* Experience managing retained search assignments preferred
Qualifications
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience is preferred.
