We are looking for caring and compassionate care assistants who are passionate about making a real difference in people`s lives .
In this role you will support clients to live safely, as independently as possible and with dignity in their own homes.

What You’ll Do
1. Support clients with daily tasks, Personal care, medication and companionship.
2. Promote well-being and independence.
3. Build trusting and respectful relationships
4. Provide compassionate, person centred care and support
5. Meal preparation
6. Carry out social visits
7. Keep accurate records and communicating clearly with your team members
What we are looking for:
Driving licence and access to your own car required
SVQ Level 2 in Social Services and Healthcare preferred or willingness to complete this within timeframe given by SSSC
