Due to business requirements, we are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced IT Application Support Analyst. Please note that this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key Responsibilities: As IT Application Support analyst, you would be expected to perform functional support duties and provide technical assistance to users on a range of core banking products, online banking products and other critical business applications. The opportunity is for IT Application support analyst person with a proven and demonstrable product and applications support or development background specifically in the banking industry. 1. Carry out day to day support, maintenance/Upgrade and administration on all the bank’s application systems and interfaces. 2. Resolve any application issues that does not involve coding. 3. Investigate and resolve banking products end-user and system issues. 4. Maintain existing and develop new Business Objects report as per business requirements. 5. To provide Flexcube and Flexcube Direct Banking functional support to users how they interface to the banks application systems. 6. Escalate issues to CTO & Deputy Chief Technology Officer where appropriate. Ensure support calls are logged, updated and followed through to resolution. 7. Familiarity with source code and change management 8. Provide support for, and perform, monitor, the daily End-of-Day batch processing operation for Flexcube. Key Skills/Experience: University degree educated. Computer Sciences or other related discipline is a must.
