Job Introduction
As a Steward with Sodexo at Lucknow/Mooltan Bks, Tidworth Garrison, SP9 7BU, you’ll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact the experience of those serving, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, ensuring everything is available and properly maintained throughout service.
* Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
* Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
* Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring all aspects of service run smoothly and efficiently.
* Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Job Details
* 37.5 hours per week
* Shift pattern/hours – Monday to Sunday
* Early shift – 06:30-14:30
* Middle shift – 08:00-16:00
* Late shift – 12:00-20:00
* Weekend shifts – 09:30-13:15
* £12.21 per hour
