We’re looking for a Client Director to join the Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey. This is a strategic role with responsibility for leading a high-performing team, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the growth and direction of the business.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex trust and company structures, act as a director on client and CSC entities, and ensure the delivery of first-class service. They will also support team development, drive operational performance, and play a key role in business development and cross-team collaboration.
We’re seeking someone with a Table 4 qualification, JFSC Category A status, and at least 10 years’ experience in the share plan industry, including oversight of complex corporate transactions. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential, along with regulatory approval in the relevant jurisdiction.
