Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide specialist care to individuals with complex needs. This role involves supporting clients with a range of conditions which may include neurological disorders, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or other complex health conditions.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual support plans
* Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
* Support with medication administration (where trained)
* Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures
* Support clients with daily living tasks including meal preparation and household tasks
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures at all times


Requirements

* Previous experience in care or supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for care
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undertake specialist training where required
* Right to work in the UK
