Job Title: Painter & Decorator - Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: Warrington & St. Helens
Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on social housing properties. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established team.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Long-term work with the potential to go permanent
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in social housing or domestic properties
NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent) - proof required
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Must be comfortable using a PDA system to manage jobs
Must be clean shaven to comply with face-fit requirements
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
