Hours:
Part time 1.00pm – 5.00pm (negotiable), 20 hours per week, Term Time Only
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Have suitable experience for the post
2. Have experience of working/liaising with contractors and managing building works
3. Are able to do general handyman duties. This position would suit an all-rounder who can do general carpentry, building maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing repairs
4. Are able to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work
5. Are enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and very flexible
6. Has the experience of working in a school environment
7. Are friendly, organised, motivated and willing to work as part of a team
8. Have experience in Microsoft Office Packages
