I’m currently working with a brilliant, purpose-led business (recently ranked one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times!) that’s looking for a Sourcing Business Partner to join their growing Procurement & Sourcing team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing across the People Function – think HR, property, facilities – working with senior stakeholders to deliver real value, make smart supplier choices, and drive long-term impact.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the sourcing and supplier strategy across key areas like HR and Facilities
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Running market reviews, RFIs, RFPs – all the fun stuff
* Negotiating great deals and putting solid contracts in place
* Managing supplier performance and tackling any issues that arise
* Keeping an eye on cost, compliance, and risk across your portfolio
What we’re looking for:
* Strong supplier negotiation skills
* A natural ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
* Someone who can see beyond just savings – and understand risk, value and long-term impact
* Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
* Ideally, some knowledge of categories like HR, Facilities or Business Services
