Core Skills & Requirements
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
* Have a genuine passion for great food, with experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
* Be a team player with effective communication skills
* Be organised, capable of managing a section by preparing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists, and prioritising tasks efficiently
* Take pride in your role and appearance
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every day
Salary & Benefits
* £12.50 PH per hour plus an equal share of TRONC tips from service charge and cash tips
