We’re on the lookout for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of it, supporting your Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with exactly what they came in for and a smile. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and maintain smooth operations with confidence and care.
Responsibilities
* Support store manager and keep the team motivated.
* Ensure customers exit with the desired products and a positive experience.
* Step up during the Store Manager’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.
* Run day‑to‑day store operations, create great customer experiences, and drive commercial success.
* Lead by example, demonstrating excellent service and embodying the cardfactory Way.
* Support team growth while developing your own skills.
* Drive store initiatives and keep communication flowing to create a positive, inclusive vibe.
* Monitor numbers to keep operations smooth and the team thriving.
