£35,000 Full-Time Monday to Friday Sheffield or UK-Wide
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established Independent Training Provider (ITP) that s looking for a Construction Tutor to deliver engaging Introduction to Construction and Health & Safety Awareness courses.
You do not need to be a qualified teacher we re looking for someone with a solid background in construction, great communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners starting out in the industry.
Key Details:
* Salary: £35,000 per year
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Location: Ideally based in or around Sheffield, but open to candidates anywhere in the UK
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering short courses on construction basics and health & safety to learners entering the sector
* Creating an engaging, supportive learning environment
* Drawing on your own experience in construction to bring sessions to life
* Supporting learners to build confidence and understanding of the industry
What We re Looking For:
* Hands-on experience in construction (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrical, mechanical, brickwork, roofer, fencer etc)
* Confident communicator and natural people person
* Passion for helping others succeed
* Experience in a training or mentoring capacity is a bonus, but not essential
