Position
As a Sales Professional for Live Chat you will be responsible for providing cut above customer support via live chat, email, and outbound phone calls. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products while maximizing sales opportunities. The Sales Professional will have a strong understanding of Chisholm Hunter’s products, sales processes, and compliance requirements while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Engage with customers via live chat, email, and phone to provide outstanding service and sales support.
* Maintaining departmental KPIs including process accuracy, customer satisfaction, response times and sales.
* Build genuine relationships, manage expectations, and deliver on promises.
* Proactively upsell and cross-sell products, including our exclusive insurance packages.
* Become an expert in our luxury jewellery range and sales techniques.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and GDPR regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous retail experience would be advantageous
* Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
* High attention to detail and accuracy
