About the Role
Our Retail Sales Advisors are at the heart of our business, acting as our biggest brand ambassadors. Often the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom network, they inspire and empower customers to build their homes by selecting the perfect furniture and accessories from our broad range of products.
With a consultative sales approach and expert knowledge of our comprehensive product range, they deliver an exceptional experience on every occasion. Committed to commercial excellence, they enjoy a generous industry‑leading uncapped commission scheme that rewards all colleagues for their efforts.
Working closely together, our showroom teams adopt a ‘One Team’ mindset, supporting each other to meet the needs of customers while consistently exceeding personal and team targets. Through in‑showroom mentorship and extensive learning and development, they become true furniture experts, positively impacting key performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Trustpilot.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Develop real relationships built on trust and respect using a friendly yet professional communication style.
* Use advanced questioning techniques and active listening skills to deeply understand customers’ needs.
* Communicate persuasively while remaining authentic and influencing purchasing decisions.
* Be intrinsically motivated to exceed expected results and performance targets, taking personal accountability while supporting colleagues.
